Personal Data Use
Your personal information is accessed only by our members of staff and is used to process orders placed through the website and to correspond with you, such as responding to an enquiry.
The personal data that we collect about you is name, address, data call history, email address and email content. On occasion you might share with us your medical condition to ascertain if the products we sell are suitable to your needs. Sometimes a customer might order one of our products as a gift for a friend or family member in this instance we will also collect the name and address of the receiver of the product.

We only keep your data for 30 days
SECURITY MEASURES
All of our devices are password protected and access is role based. Our website has 2FA and only authorised personnel has access to the site for maintenance and improvements activities. We also have antivirus in place. Stripe, PayPal and Go Cardless have 1FA in place.
