We aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours so you can expect your order to arrive to it's shipping destination within 3-5 working days. Occasionally, we may unexpectently be unable to send out an item straight away, but we will keep you informed and advise when your goods are dispatched.

We carry a limited amount of stock and we can usually get these items in the post in the same day. Postal charges seem to be ever creeping up and while we have a blanket postage cost for all items, there is a smaller profit margin for some products, such as dog collars where the packaging is too deep to post by large letter. Occasionally we will use second class post. A proof of postage will always be obtained.

For items that I don't currently have in stock, I will arrange that they are sent direct to you from the manufacturer. This will be via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.

To enable the Stomatex material to work correctly it should be worn with the 'bumps' to the outside of the belt, away from the skin.

The 'dimples' on the underside will allow the material to breathe with your skin, allowing moisture out and air in.

The basic operation of fitting a strap is to pass the free end of the material through the buckle and then turn it back on itself.

It is secured with the sewn on 'hooked' patch which attaches itself to the material which forms the covering of the entire belt.

This flexible fixing method allows the the strap to be adjusted to any size and ensures a comfortable and secure fit.

By joining various combinations of the three length straps, your Boost belt kit is multi-adjustable and flexible.

This flexible approach allows the Boost to be fitted to almost any part of the body, allowing treatment to take place directly where it is needed most.

The three magnet pouches each contain two unique CRP modules.

Using the same 'hooked' material, they may be located anywhere on the inside of the belt and worn next to the skin.

Please remove the magnet pouches before washing the Boost Belts.

If required, the magnet pouches may be sponged or wiped clean.

Avoid continual total immersion of magnet pouches at all times, as this may reduce the operation of the magnets.

The stomatex belts should be hand washed in water below 40°C.

A mild detergent may be used if required. • Do not dry-clean. • Do not dry or store in direct sunlight.

Bioflow products should not be worn by anyone fitted with a heart pacemaker or other implant that could be affected by a strong magnetic field.

There is no substitute for sound medical advice and we recommend that you should consult a doctor if you are, or have been, receiving any treatment for a particular condition and have any doubts about the use of a Bioflow®. Always consult a doctor if the pain persists.

Do not place near, or next to, any item that could be affected by a magnetic field such as compasses, watches etc.

A few Boost wearers may experience 'flu like' symptoms which, although harmless, can be uncomfortable. In these circumstances it is recommended that the Boost is worn at night whilst the wearer is asleep, and removed on waking, for a period of about four days. After this time it should be possible to wear the Boost normally to gain maximum relief. We recommend that you drink at least five glasses of water per day.

Stomatex contains a synthetic rubber known as Neoprene (polychloroprene). It is recognised that neoprene has the potential to cause allergic type skin reactions. If you have previously experienced such a reaction to Neoprene, you should not wear this product. If when wearing this product you experience an itching skin rash, dermatitis or skin irritation, you should immediately remove the product and consult a medical practitioner.
